- Collect the Lisbon Card on the day you choose when booking. You will have 1 year to activate the card. Once redeemed, it is valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h depending on the ticket option chosen.
- Bear in mind that national monuments and museums are closed on the following dates: January 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, December 24 and 25, and on municipal holidays (June 13 in Lisbon and June 29 in Sintra).
- Fast-track entry is not possible at all attractions.
- All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point.
